This Privacy Policy describes how Billy Robert Simmons, ABN 60 602 589 598, trading as Inno Creative ("we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information. We are bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
1. What we collect
- From you, when you accept a proposal: business name, your name, email, phone, business address or service area.
- From you, during onboarding: business description, services, brand preferences, logos and photographs (where supplied), Google Business Profile details (where applicable).
- From Stripe, when you pay: Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, payment method type. We never see your card number.
- From your use of the dashboard: sign-in timestamps, IP address, change requests you submit.
- From your website's analytics (where configured): aggregate visitor metrics from Google Analytics. We do not access your visitors' personal information.
2. Why we collect it
We collect this information to deliver the website service, send you operational emails (proposal links, payment receipts, change-request updates), and to comply with our legal obligations (tax records, anti-fraud). We do not sell your information to anyone.
3. Who we disclose it to
We disclose your information to the third parties needed to operate the service, all under their own privacy and security obligations:

Disclosure to the United States is necessary to deliver the service. We take reasonable steps to ensure these recipients comply with the Australian Privacy Principles or substantially similar privacy obligations.
4. How we protect it
Personal information at rest is encrypted on AWS S3 and DynamoDB. Information in transit is encrypted via TLS. Access to administrative systems is restricted to the operator (Billy Simmons) via Cognito authentication.
5. How long we keep it
While your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation, after which we permanently delete your data. We retain billing records for 7 years to comply with Australian tax law (s262A, Income Tax Assessment Act 1936).
6. Accessing & correcting your information
You can:
- request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, free of charge, by emailing billy@innocreative.com.au , we will respond within 30 days;
- correct any information by editing it in the dashboard or emailing us;
- request deletion of your information at any time (subject to records we are legally required to retain).
8. Children
The service is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information of children under 16.
9. Direct marketing
From time to time we may email you about features or news related to the service. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by replying to it. We will continue to send operational emails (billing, incidents, change-request responses) regardless of marketing preferences.
10. Complaints
If you have a privacy complaint, email billy@innocreative.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or 1300 363 992.
11. Changes to this policy
We will email you at least 30 days before any material change to this policy.
